Looks like they are rather limited on the MA and TC front (like nothing). Guess I will have to go to a specialist store!!!

The Crane stance you are on about is indeed in Karate Kid... obviously everyone has had a go at it.

TC, all be it slow and fluid I think it...

nice one mate... I am based down in Welly... I thought about Karate, but as I have done TKD for about 5 years its hard to get out of those habits.
