chest xray
genital exam (they basically ask you to drop your pants and prove what sex you are)
blood pressure test
height and weight
another blood test which i cant remember...

I was in Nj a couple of months ago and it was nearly a dollar cheaper a gallon then in NY so maybe NJ just tends to be cheaper. I suppose they need incentives to stay there.
