I would check the Gla-Lhr part as I believe Bmi stopped flying this route due to costs. Your now stuck with British airways.

First impression is that's it's not a discount for cash but rather they're adding on the credit card charge that they get from the card company which is around 2-2.5% and adding this on to the cash...
