Gosh this is an old post! we took up the job offer in Timaru 18 months ago and have been very happy since we moved to nz.Plumbing is definutly different here wages wise and job wise but worth it all...

But once aproved you do pay SETTLEMENT INFORMATION FEES which are £30 and the MIGRANT LEVY of £ 320.

Think you`ve probably got your answer but this might help,when we received aproval we then sent settlement information fee £30.00 and migrant levy £320 and our passports in to be stamped....
