Hi Harlow Lad,
Just 3 of us - 1 daughter 11yrs old.
My office will be in Jurong, hence the taxi issue. We are thinking of staying in the Newton / Novena area just to be reasonable for schooling...

Planning to move to Singapore shortly (Oct) & considering leasing a car rather than buying. Taxi's everyday to work will just be too costly, and the freedom of weekends are a must.

Hi,
We use iiNET, they have been great so far - no issues.

We also use a calling card to phone the UK - very cheap. Easycalling I think.

Update................

Well hubbie went up.

The accommodation is very similar to offshore - basic but clean. Port Hedland is quite a place, not what was expected but ok.
