We are renting it out part furnished, there are still a couple of rooms that we have not managed to furnish due to lack of funds.

Return to Norfolk, UK, 2 weeks time...

After lots of umming and ahhing, have decided to rent house not sold yet in NS and return to Norfolk, England, booked flights for 2 weeks time to return indefinately!
Found out from Canadian lawyer...

Have been on the Moving Back to the UK forum lately, as have not been happy for the past 4 months in NS, but been forced to stay as need to sell house, and strangely have been having second thoughts...

I can see from your first link that although in most provinces prices have gone down from last year, in Halifax NS thay have actually gone up which gives me some hope...:unsure:

Getting fed up now, had a least 6 viewings so far and no offers yet, a couple of people have had higher budgets, (why did they waste our time and look at our house), but at least 2 potential buyers...
