you should make a UK will for UK assets, Australian Will for Australia Assets. try Citizen's advice Bureau for cheap Wills
PLEASE do not buy from post office unless you follow the instructions very...

by legal secretary I meant that the agencies treat you as a legal secretary and you really have to point it out to them that Legal Execs are fee earners.

Here's a good idea - google the name of your landlord if you're renting privately. we did and it came up with - "Serial offending landlord found guilty" and he had pleaded giulty to 18 offences...

I have sent you a copy of the email I received from Ilex January '06.
Look at Para 2 - Legal Executives cannot refer to themselves as Lawyers as in the UK! I think that' s when I made the decision...
