I'm in the process of doing the same from Canada. City University London offer BSc Health Science top-up degree via e.learning. It cost 749 pounds for overseas students and 399 pounds if living...

Speak to the university and ask there advice, as he'll be residing in the UK for the final year it should make him a UK resident. It could be a bonus spending the year in Canada to be able to renew...

Yes your right, this is going to be a difficult one. I'm just applying for an on line degree in UK and have the issue of my PR status making me an overseas student even though we will move back in...

Thanks for that, didn't realise I also have that title.....and yes jobs are harder to obtain now for international nurses. I got a job first then sat the exam.
