Well I made the year!!

Well I made the year!!
Ello ello ello - bet some of you didn't think you would ever see this day . . .
So, tomorrow- 10th Dec marks mine and Kids 1st Canniversary - he who makes the oney arrived on 14th of Nov but that doesn't count cos its me, the kids the hounds that are the important ones!!
So to start we were in a crappy rental in a funky place - Commercial Drive- BUT couldnt afford a house there - well we could but we couldnt afford the HOUSE I WANTED there! Soo we headed to Burnaby - nice detacehd house etc etc - car etc etc. .kids enjoying school
Me- not employed- doing head in - eventually worked at local IGA in bakers - Hubby sort of enjoying job.
ANYWAY - I hit a major depression in Oct which coincided with a pre arranged trip to UK - not the best time- came back and hit a real real low- not working at IGA, not working for hubby - had been doing some stuff for him!!
But the meds have kicked in - I feel much more human and have just got myself a job at the New Good Life gym that is opening in Jan - as well as some aerobic teaching - have been skiing loads - except hubby broke collar bone last week!
So there we go - I may stay for a bit longer now!

I dont come on here too much but I have enjoyed reading your posts. I have been here since August 2007 and still have my down days...we havent been able to go home for a visit but are saving like mad for Xmas 2010 back in Blighty.

thanks all - have just been to collect my "GoodLife" manual and have to learn a load of cheesy spiel for chatting with members - oh lord!!! 
Get to spend all next week at the Coquitlam Best Western (mm mm) doing Team Building - oooh yay me
Any way - 11.123am here - parents flight arrives at 12.50 - so just off to clean the loo etc. . . . . . .
