Smile Finally PPR arrived from Buffalo..

Hi,

We have received the passport request from Buffalo..:) finally .. I hope this is the final step for PR.

Just a quick question,

I believe The PPR form is pretty general for everyone and...

Have you considered the Provincial nominee programms like BC PNP or Alberta PNP etc..

Normally PNP doesn't require LMO or HRSDC letters. You get accepted to the programm through the employer then...

Thank you for the quick reply. CIC asked for RPRF in August and I paid it next day.
Does CIC request RPRF once they have completed all the necessary checks etc..I mean at the end of finalizing the...

If he got a new job there is a possibility to transfer his previous PNP to the new employer. Ask your son to contact PNP and talk to the present employer.

The same thing happened to one of my friend, his application from CIC Buffalo sent back because of a mistake in the application. By the time he wanted to resubmit his BC PNP is expired.

Hi,
I got couple of questions on applying for PR on PNP route.

1.Receive PNP approval letter (Received PNP approval letter)
2. Apply for temp wokr permit if your employer needs you there ASAP....

I read it some where on this forum, if you are going to work there any minimum funds will do otherise you have to show full funds.

I noticed this on some immigration sites as well. You don't have...

I guess you need to send your application first and then they will ask you to send your passport. and probably medicals at the same time.

Please double check it as I'm not entirely sue about this....
