Hi sgbolt,

We used Robinsons last September and thought they were great. Everything went really smooth from start to finish. The guys were very experienced.

I would highly recommend Robinsons.

Johnsons are the best by far from our experience :thumbup:.

We landed 2 months ago and managed to get a good quote from Johnson Insurance. $2,000 on a $27,000 SUV. All other quotes were between $4,000-$5500!

You have to provide copy of the green document...

I did the exchange there 3 weeks ago. Got there about 11am and waited about 45 mins, then all it took was another 15 mins including vision test. :thumbup:

Wow got it this morning, had a 45 min wait. You're right, the vision test was about 10-15 seconds no kidding.

I'm off to look for a car :eek:

We landed last month and brought with us a print-out of our on-line balance from the day of landing. We weren't actually asked to produce this proof of funds by the officer but best to have it...

The Mad Hatter Olde British Pub in Mississauga is a great place if you can't find something good in Brampton.

It's usually packed with expats and is buzzing for the big games. Food is very good...
