You get 40 days from arrival and I think you can extend the visa for 30 days once at the police station for about 500 dhs

I dont have a degree and have had at least 5 visa's all stamped manager. Apart from Teaching and maybe engineering i think you will be fine.

need to sort a licence I know it is the safe option but normally im at the airport twice a month and if i need a big stash the Cuda is much cheaper.

last year or the one before they only had a take away licence but they said to us we cant stop you eating it at the tables if you grab a take away? seems they have come unstuck

Whats the scoop on the Lime Tree in Al Quoz. Big sign on the door says the government has closed them?

Was open on Tuesday all day but closed Friday and Sat and looks like it has been closed down....

To the Guy in Riyadh. Try the Khozama hotel, turn right at the door and the small resturant is open 24 hrs. Real godsend in the holy month.

By the way, why is it considered a 'hardship posting', apart from the lack of booze and women having to wear the abaya and can't drive, I'd have thought it was on par with the rest of the GCC...

Fixit are just a company who do PRO type work, visas, work permits etc. There are a lot around but we use them at work and they seem to get things done.

You can get a multiple on the first try and...
