Re: NBC Sports - Premier League Coverage

Has anyone got TV through Verizon FIOS? We have internet from them and I'm thinking of adding TV for footy and NFL etc. Interested if its better than regular cable?

Re: What gig are you going to?

The National were fantastic live - 2nd time I'd seen them - I'm a tad obsessed with them tbh!

As we're allowing comedy gigs, we're going to see Russell Howard in a few weeks at a wee place in LA

Re: What gig are you going to?

Songkick is pretty good. You can track your favourite artists and also search by location

Seen The National, Chvrches and Grouplove in the last month
Got tickets for Passenger yesterday.

So many others I want to see - that's the problem with LA - everyone plays here!

Re: Citi 100K AA offer

Thanks for replying. My wife and 2 kids would be going back next summer for about a month (mid June to mid July) - they would have reasonable flexibility on the flights. I would probably fly...

Re: Citi 100K AA offer

Was thinking of getting one of these as we're planning a trip back to the UK next summer. There are 4 of us going so I was hoping this could get us 2 free flights (from LAX).
Is this still as good a...

Nice! Wish I could do that!

If you ever fancy a pint (or something) let me know! Still not that far away (relatively speaking)

Britweek - Los Angeles

Saw this on twitter and went to the webpage.
Seems to be for a higher social circle than we normally hang out in but was wondering if anyone has been to any of the events? Is it a tad snooty?
I see...

Re: Azusa, CA - anyone near there?

I know what you mean - we got a new build in Chino. Nice area, good schools and we could move in quick like we needed. But the garden is tiny, especially after what we had in Ohio.
Good luck with...

Re: Azusa, CA - anyone near there?

Wow! Where are you moving to?

Prices are certainly higher here than Ohio! I didn't have a mortgage there but certainly do now

Re: Azusa, CA - anyone near there?

Hi
Sorry - the move completely wrecked my mind!

I'm originally from Newcastle. I'm working in Azusa but we've bought a house out in Chino.
