I'm OK with either day (I read DVC a few years ago so I'm ready!), but I think it will be helpful for everyone if we continue with the same spot each month... so is it second Thursday, then?

We arrived 1yr ago and rented in Toongabbie (west of Sydney) - 2-bed, 2-bath, laundry-room-with-loo, large lounge, dining area, small yard, garage, for $275 pw. Were we just lucky?

Love the idea, and can definitely do it 'virtually' via the Barbie. I'd love to also do it 'really' and am happy to host when it's my turn.... BUT, I need an honest opinion from others...
