Absolutely right about the nice suburbs where the life is! Look at Leederville, nice houses, bit of a dive where the shops are but pricy.

I've been in Perth for 2 years and still hate the place. I knew I didn't want to stay here after 3 weeks but was told to give it a go. Will definately be returning to England in 2 years after kids...

Might seem like an obvious one but we have had our VE175 granted now (2 weeks ago) which was all done online. We have the dates, visa number etc..

but we expected an email with instructions but...

You can send scanned colur copies of original documents and these don't need to be certified.

Black & White copy documents do need to be certified as true copies by a solicitor etc.. there...

Not posted for a while on this thread but we got our visa grant 18/9/08, had request for FULL birth certificates for kids the previous week because I only sent short versions.

Otherwise all ok...

On subject of meds and validation, the date to use for validation date is NOT the date the meds were done in the UK but the date it was processed in AU eg our meds done in th UK on 15/1/08 and front...
