Converting CPV 173 to 143

Does anyone know how long it takes to convert a contributory parent 173 temp visa to a 143 permanent visa ?

And I'd appreciate the name of a good immigration consultant to help.

The Pig and Whistle on Eagle Street is the best bet, it'll be packed to the rafters with English fans. A word of warning though, doors close at 3am due to licensing laws, be there well before !!!

Our parents were due to fly back to the UK tonight and there flight has been cancelled. The earliest flight thay've been given is May 6th !!! They're with Emirates.
