Yes, thank you. I have the Attestation form downloaded. Just looking at options really, I'm not sure how reliable the flights from Barcelona are.

Does anyone know if it is possible to cross into France from Spain via train at the moment? I don't drive and need to return to the UK (where I'm a resident).

Short term renting

I'm looking to rent my flat out short term in Valencia and two people have mentioned to me that there is some law in effect that prevents short term rentals with flats higher than the 2nd floor...

Unused butano gas bottles

Anyone have any idea what to do with an unused Butano gas bottle?

I converted my kitchen to electric and have no need for it now. It's almost full.

Can anyone recommend a good lawyer in Valencia Capital, as I need to take a builder to court over uncompleted work.


I did find a thread from 2012, but most of those were from outside the city....
