My CO is useless, and very unhelpful. Won't answer the phone, won't reply to emails... I know he's in the office too. I have to call the one pound a minute number to speak to anyone and get questions...

Thanks for the replies guys. I still have my passport as they sent this back to me.

I think I'm going to go on an ETA and wait for the CO to contact me.

I'm not sure how it will work though.....

They got my Med about 2 weeks before I sent in my application. I don't think they matched them up straight away as they requested a med, so I just emailed the CO and said that my med should be with...

I feel for you. Personally, I think that just by paying £655 you should be guaranteed an efficient service.

Thanks for the info. I've just had them done actually.. found a solicitor that would do it for £1 per sheet.. so £10 all together, which was very reasonable!
