My CO is useless, and very unhelpful. Won't answer the phone, won't reply to emails... I know he's in the office too. I have to call the one pound a minute number to speak to anyone and get questions...

Thanks for the replies guys. I still have my passport as they sent this back to me.

I think I'm going to go on an ETA and wait for the CO to contact me.

Thanks for the info. I've just had them done actually.. found a solicitor that would do it for £1 per sheet.. so £10 all together, which was very reasonable!
