Not quite true.
The current rules, which are in place until 9 February, require anyone entering Portugal from a red list country, which Spain is, to have a negative test certificate.

Residencia

Stumbled across this by accident. My Uncle said I can't get TV, only radio. Whilst talking to him on phone I was trying my remote and found the toggle button!

It provides emergency back up feeds for Freeview.
Can't be long before it is abandoned. Shame as picture quality is great. Oh, and it's free!
