I use a dongle from orange; Unlimited internet and good speed if you can connect to 3G. Much slower if using just orange. €29 per month on a two year contract. Had no problems with it at all....

I agree with the idea of looking at other places apart from Spain. In the end, Spain may be the best for you especially if your husband can support you, but maybe you should should spend some time...
