I see that Shines says "Student Visa's are tied to work permits so if you don't have a valid work permit your child will not allowed to go to school"
Is that true even if the parent is retired and...

Is it possible to buy raw land, not zoned for housing? If so, what are the restrictions on such property? Can you put a tent on it, or a trailer, a lean-to?

Surely the children don't need a student visa to go to a private school like Codrington School and Providence, do they?

What does one do if he is retired but has a school age child?...
