I have happily lived in North Ryde area for the past 5 years. All the local primaries are good schools and have good reputations.

You will get something OK for $500 but going up to $600/650pw...

Why dont you just fill one in with the details on your tax summary sheet. Very easy to do and you may even get a rebate!

Mine was lodged late and was told that it was unlikely you would be fined...

In NSW you pay $4500 per child per year. This is paid in advance. We have 2 children and pay in twice yearly installments but needed to get special permission from the dept of education to do so.

We pay 4.5K per year on a 457 visa in NSW. But know this is different in different states....

We were advised (by someone on here) to put labels on the doors of the rooms so that the labels on the boxes will make sense to you when the stuff arrives. eg. Study (as opposed to Bed 4)

It's extremely difficult to comment without more detail of your child's specific needs...

However, as a primary teacher I would be far more confident that a child with SEN who had an IEP in the UK...

Our post office runs an appointment system too. I prefered that as I could make the appointment around my other commitments (and yes I work too!) and then managed to jump the queue and was seen bang...

That's what we did...

The other thing to note is that the new photocard licence has to be renewed after 10 years. Obviously information is sent to the address... I personally wouldnt want that...

I'm not meaning to be picky but it's not just about 'upholding' the values of the school' it's about convincing the interviewing panel about the fact that you see the benefits of a christian...
