ARTC from UK? and Elec job offers

I Have been granted a 136 independant visa as an electrician, (TRA granted) we are migrating to Adelaide later in the year as soon as the house is sold.
We had a Reccie in Feb 2008 Got the passport...

Can anyone tell me where i can get a copy of the AS/NZ 3000 Wiring rules in the UK?

Can anyone tell me if the 2 passport photos (for each person) that we send with a 136 visa application have to be certified?

Sent off TRA application :D .Only mistake was using Royal mail international signed for. Track it? They only track it till it leaves the uk and you cannot check signed for. SOUNDED GOOD IN POST...
