Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think they can apply for a working holiday visa if they have a dependent child.

FYI, you can't just fly into England and stay either if you hold a passport from a country outside the European Union...

Hi Live2Learn,

I submitted my medicals in August 2007 for a previous visa application. As far as I know, a visa will not be granted unless you have submitted a PCC.

my visa was granted last week (175 MODL online) without any request for form 80, so it's not mandatory. My case officer asked for Form 1281 (Australian Values Statement) though - you might...

I just checked my status page which hasn't been updated yet- it says that my application is being processed further although I received a visa grant e-mail two days ago...:blink:

It's not only that, I also received an e-mail from my case officer requesting an Australian Values Statement - I have his name and e-mail address, so I'm fairly sure he exists...:D

There's space for three separate signatures on form 1281, so unless you're more than three over 18's, one form is enough.
