That was a bit harsh Neptuno, "done to death" is not appropriate as it's a worrying subject which needs to be discussed and hopefully the idea will be scrapped eventually.

The "sacks" may have acknowledgements in response to the declarations.

I recommend renting for 3, 9 or 11 months at a time, keep your options open.

Sorry, if I misled anyone, I assumed that the Car Registration, SUMA Office and the Guardia would all be linked to the same computer and therefore, by changing your address for SUMA purposes that...

Nearest SUMA Office, I took my Passport and Padron (but they never looked at the Padron).
This enabled the SUMA bill to come to the correct address, don't think there is a need to change the address...

Dental costs?

I have used the same Dentist on a couple of occasions and he has charged me €40 for each filling which I thought was reasonable.
However, he has just quoted me €265 to have a tooth crowned.

I always use the beach at Les Deveses cos the girl who works in the beach bar has a great pair of norks!!! Oh and the sand is really clean and the sea is shallow with very few jelly fish.

No, I don't do the shopping but I know that Cadburys Chocolate is far too expensive. I now prefer Mercadonas own brand Chocolate Con Leche two 150 gm bars for €1.10 - lovely stuff!!
