Default Changing address on car documents

We have recently changed address and moved from Murcia to Pilar de Campoverde in Alicante province. Our car is registered with the address in Murcia. Can anyone tell me where we go to have the address changed on the registration document? We assume it is traffico, but we don't know where our nearest one is. What documentation will be required to make the change?

Nearest SUMA Office, I took my Passport and Padron (but they never looked at the Padron).
This enabled the SUMA bill to come to the correct address, don't think there is a need to change the address on the Registration Document.

There most certainly is - how else will the police know where to send a traffic fine?

You can do it at some town halls or at any Trafico office. You will need a copy of your new padron certificate, ID and the car's "permiso" with a current ITV.

Sorry, if I misled anyone, I assumed that the Car Registration, SUMA Office and the Guardia would all be linked to the same computer and therefore, by changing your address for SUMA purposes that would be sufficient.

You could also pay an agent to do it, about 40 euros.

Thank you for the information. Can anyone tell me how I go about finding out where our nearest Traffico office is?
