What visa info needed plse !!!!

Hi,
Just wondered if there was a visa for an employer in oz to sponsor an untrained person to go over to train in their line of work until fully qualified ????

Hi Roo,
We are in similar boat as you,my OH has 5 yrs work experience laying drainage pipes and is about to qualify as a plumber ( i think it's the same line of work roughly ) if he got a sponsor...
