Hi, can anyone give any advice or info on good companies to rent long term properties in the gold coast area,particularly the robina area,thankyou.

Hi there,
we're looking to rent when we get to the GC, and have come to the following conclusions: take references from landlords over here, or your mortgage statement. All local rental companies are as good as eachother, pretty rubbish... it seems to be difficult to rent at the moment, you will prob do best by offering a lump sum up front, as your nationality will put you at a dissadvantage- by this I mean, they know nothing about you but can do backgorund checks on nationals. Check out realestate.com.au it will show you the companies in the local area. Hope this helps, pls share anything u find out with us too!!!
