Oh Yeah ... Chance of Visa Interview Rejection for L1 = Almost 0 if there is no dodgy history and prepared properly ...

1. Queued outside embassy for 30 Minutes
2. Got in and waited 5 minutes for 1st phase - this...

It's official - I have my Visa Approval from the US Embassy in London. Woohoo ... and I am USA bound in 9 days !!!!!!

I don't think congestion charging has worked at all. If you want to get somewhere in London predictably take the tube. Buses and taxis are not predictable at all.

thanks for your responses ... If I went under VWP, I will still be in the employ of the UK based organisation and only stay for 2 weeks ... and return to complete the L1 before going back...

Hi,
I have heard that it is not a good idea to travel to the US whilst a Visa application is being processed.

In my case it is an L1 from the UK arm of a US company, but it has taken alot longer...
