Anxiety and depression have a lot to do with established patterns of thinking. If a person's brain has been used to thinking in a certain way for years, this contributes to both of these conditions...

Oh, my degree isnt relevant to my work, its an MSc but not related to what I do. I think that my employer's reference, and what I do is my trump card.

I just have to plan everything. Thinking of coming over for interviews in the autumn, finding a job, even maybe applying for a travellers visa so that I can actually work in Perth and then applying...
