We used Pickfords and they were great, one good point for Pickfords is they don't use agencies and only employ full time staff who are more likely to want to keep their jobs and like what they do.

I think you'll find that tenants who already own everything are also the type that want longer term rentals which is exactly...

When we arrived in Perth I found I needed some more certified copies and it turns out JPs in Austalia certify docs and they are not allowed to charge for the service :eek:

Why?

Because the rent my house in the uk gets, covers the mortgage

I'm renting here in Perth and saving to get a deposit together for a house here,...
