I am not sure if I am completely missing something (I probably am though!), but why go via pnp instead of getting a temp permit and applying for PR? For both you need the LMO don't you?

That is where she works yeah, but it was a company that helped her with the exams etc years ago, and got her the job, a bunch of them did it from here, I don't think many are actually there anymore,...
