What is written in the deposit contract? If it's in the contract, throw the contract at them. If it's written in their favour (with respect to late deliveries), and i suspect almost certainly it is, they will throw the contract back at you... you might get a verbal apology but that's it!

The fact that they lied is a morality issue.... but not something written on paper, right? Unless it's printed and signed, forget it and just wait.

I worked for LR for a time, and also as a contracted supplier into their Marcomms dept.

I have worms for all.

Oh that's interesting, I worked at LR when Ford took over. My team bought all the pressed metalwork and fasteners in the vehicles. I too have worms aplenty.

I was in a dealership for a time (financial accounting), then later spent several years based in Gaydon/Warwick developing on/offline multimedia marketing products and internal comms systems for them (and other parts of PAG).
