Default new to this

Hi,
Im new to this website. wow cant believe weve been in Canada 3 years this month and never been on this site.
Ok, we live in Ontario, which is where we came to for my husbands job. We feel it isnt the right place for us so are thinking of moving to Alberta. ( yes the money offer does draw us).
can anyone help with nice areas?
dont mind cities so long as within driving distance to mountains.
We have been offered Calgary and I know there has been lots of questions before mine but which is the nicest areas in Calgary?
thanks Denise

Hi Denise

Take a look at this it is the WIKI page for Calgary residential areas.

If you forum search for an area you like the sound of then you could come up with more information.

Welcome to our mad house of BE

Hi & welcome to BE

We lived in Ontario then came to Alberta in 2006, the main difference here is the super brutal winter.

thanks for that I will take a look at that site.
I hope there is more differences than just the weather, or we might be heading in the wrong direction.(we live near Windsor and it has been hit bad by the automotive industry.
