You are exactly the same position as myself. Got the LMO last week. Filed this with the work permit application on MOnday 10. Need to start new job on 21 August in Toronto.

I too filed my work permit application on Monday and I had the LMO and all paperwork. The lady said that it still takes 3 to 4 weeks as they have a high volume of applications it should take 3 to 4...

Good question - what I should have said was that I want my children to appreciate the outdoors etc. Bit difficult to explain but I was born in Tanzania East Africa before I came to the UK 15 years...

With ISA's I think you have to close them. ISA's are only allowed to UK residents. Anyways that's what the provided of my ISA's told me.
