I am assuming that it is a mix of intermediate care and reablement given that it is time limited support, but if you can shed anymore light on it for me that would be great.

Well, the same buyers came back with an offer but have not been able to increase thier offer, but given that it was in the ball park and things are not predicted to get any better, we have accepted....

RN, BSc(Hons) / BNurs(Hons) or whatever type of degree it is.

If you pay your council tax by installments, these are usually done over 10 months, so it is likely that there will be some refund due there as well.
