Yes they do have to be done by the Notary of the region we have been told.
Same guy that gave us the Habitation Licence if I recall.

Try Mar Menor area, 25 minutes from Murcia city 10 mins from airport and you can in the rurual area in 15 mins. Mainly made up up of little Spanish villages. PM me for more info we have had property...

How do you know how much you have to pay should there be a bill in our post box in Spain?? Whats the deadline for paying and is there any penalties as we are not back out untill end of July!

Can't open the form for non residencey and I have syill not received a breakdown from my solicitor just another demand for the money!!
