If you have a non-IT degree with at least 20% IT content, that would be considered for group B which only needs 6 year's experience and wouldn't require the RPL.

It seems likely that you don't have a relevant IT qualification equating to a degree or a diploma. If that's the case, then your only option would be to take the RPL route for which...
