no licence needed in wa thats part of the problem (to many 6 monthers slapin up houses for project biulders for $850 a1000 all in no extras)

most on a price $240 aday workin for some one (your hubby will have to do this to learn regs and genral building practices) the better money on your own but you need to carry loads gear with you...

we survive but its week to week now,t going in the bank for a rainy day and i do quite alot of sat,sundays we have 2 kids 4 and7 so no school fees and shell works about 23 hrs a week at night fillin...

the missus will have to put a few hours in ,rates about the same for bricks but no extras for lintols , frames, have to put up scaffold inthe brick rate aswell(trestel type)stay away from project...

you will have to be a trainee supervisor first thats about 2years,$60grand ayear plus car plus phone , brickies on 60 to 70 grand ayear (thats afull year) lads that run small teams 90to 120 grand big...

The heat won,t be a problem in august but it does rise a bit in the summer it,s abit of a nightmare but then again i am 18 stone 7lbs but i still manage as fore the shopin the missus never brings it...

My OH is a bricklayer and there is plenty of work in the northern suburbs and Perth itself. Lots of work for plasterers, scratch coat and skim and also loads of external render work...

My parents are coming out in October which I can't wait for, we have been here since November and their are staying for a month. Their flight back to the UK is at 11.30pm and my mother-in-law lands...
