BRITISH FOOD YOU MISS ?
the foods i miss from uk
1 scampi
2 gammon
3 walkers pickled onion crisps
4 danish bacon
5 lilt that totaly tropical taste lol
6 COD and chips
7 corn beef PASTY from newbolds
my daughter misses
1 pot noodles
of all things lol

yeah chinese the spring rolls here are not the same
i seen a shop online in nsw for some british foods
Walkers Quavers Cheese Item#: 404 Price: $2.00
for any brit realy desprate
but $8 for a potnoodle my 12 year old can go whistle for it
here is a food shop site has polo's and cherry coke
it also has my vimto and lilt i can just taste it mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

They also sell Marmite so again, there's no reason to miss it.
I don't miss any foods from the UK. I love the food I get here, I loved the food I had there, sometimes it's the same, sometimes it's different. No worries.
Red Rock Deli Chips are fan dabby dozy. I always thought I'd miss Walkers. I really don't.

All my friends are Zimbabwean and they're always talking about foods they miss so I am making a point of knowing that certain foods won't be available and checking what is available so that I can just wean myself off of favourites now.
Weetabix will be my hardest becuase I have it everyday for breakfast ...

not pot noodles chicken and mushroom they sell 2 min noodles just not the same processed junk
as for marmite i think they converted to vegimite lol
i did miss mince and dumplins but i did find suet mix and started making my own and yourkshire puddings
you gota admitt some of the british food is way more tasty
but in saying that i have turned out to be a right gordon ramsey since wife got sick and i have to do the cooking i sware like him also when i burn my self

SW3105 they sell wheetbix here but there just not as good but you gota give em a go the english ones if you forget about them all your milk vanish aussie milk stays there hehehehe
