:D I just recieved an e-mail yesterday from USCIS saying they were ordering my new UNCONDITIONAL Green Card!!!! Only took 11 months!:thumbsup:

No. I just filed my I-751 with no joint filing requirement. I guess I would have heard by now, if they wanted more proof. I did see online that the Vermont sevice center wants all I-751's compleat...

yeah but it has been years since you last tried. i hate to say this but since 9/11 unless you are of middle-eastern decent or are muslim, they don't care.

If you overstayed our visa and no longer have that passport and it was before the visa waiver fingerprints, I wouldn't worry about it. I know LOADS of friend who overstayed their visa waiver before...

I used to live in Darien CT. Which is about an hour from NYC. Beautiful town. Houses cost Millions (I was a nanny, that's how comes I lived there). There is quite a big ex-pat community around there....

When you are renewing your passport, be prepared to pay an arm and a leg! I renewed mine. I had to pay $200 plus a $80 fed ex fee!

Yeah she was. The problem I had was I changed my visa from a working to a green card application. She tried to charge me $300 for looking it up. Thank god for Google. I printed it out and handed it...

yeah, this is my immigration laywer, who I paid over $2000, for doing nothing but fill out forms. Which I could have done online for $700! Makes ya sick don't it!
