Re: Nova Scotia Community Identified Stream is no more after May 31 2013

Re: Nova Scotia Community Identified Stream is no more after May 31 2013

Halifax will ask you to send the changed materials to them.

The idea is the fed portion of the provincial pack is identical to that which is sent to the feds. Thats the idea. Clearly if you want...

Re: Nova Scotia Community Identified Stream is no more after May 31 2013

Re: Nova Scotia Community Identified Stream is no more after May 31 2013

My knowledge is therefore obsolete, so take this with a liberal helping of salt.

Community Identified (CI) is a NS Provincial...

Sorry not exactly.
I know they were told "up to 10 weeks" and it was more like 12.
Having observed their journey...

Re: Nova Scotia Community Identified Stream is no more after May 31 2013

And yet mine took 6 months (2008/2009) and another chap is posting on here that his took 7 months (London/2012). 27 months is a bloody long time for a PNP. Especially when Paris (9 months) and Warsaw...

Re: Nova Scotia Community Identified Stream is no more after May 31 2013

Does anyone have a timeline for NS Community identified PR application (Federal Section) from pack submission to call for passports? Mine (2008/2009) was quick: 6 months...

Re: Nova Scotia Community Identified Stream is no more after May 31 2013

Update:

So my friends' pack which went in on April 13th has been accepted and given a case number. The ETA for a decision is 8-12 weeks "due to a backlog" - presumably due to everyone trying to...

Re: Some help with the NS CIS please

The key point is, getting an application in on time is step 1. What happens next is manageable if you work with them on a resolution. Communication is key. If otherwise you look educated,...
