Have googled extensively. Sunset estates is the agents based in Sotogrande. the builders website (romanber) is in Latin of all things!

Any one know anything about this development? Arcos de la Frontera is a beautiful town it seems, quite a bit inland from the sea though. What is the best way to check on the agents/builders etc?
