I think this depends on what state you are in. Here in Qld it is NRL or death :rolleyes:
Hopefully after this weeks events some of these ejits will switch to the round ball game.

You cant print these forms off the net from memory.

When I had my meds they had the forms at the medical place. Maybe try ringing ahead to see if they have them, other than that just use the one...

No pity from me. His filthy scag would of cost the lives of many more Australians and he deserves to be hung as this is the penalty in the country he commited his crime.
