You should Pre Qual for a Visa first. Save on the diserpointment unless you teach or nurse, the two easiest ways in.

It seems that one of the changes to the pension legislation come April .....will not be to allow Uk expats to cash out small pensions after all they said earlier and I mentioned on this site last...

Yes you will, however you will most likely have to go through an agent such as my self, we will charge a flat fee 300+/- GBP ( yet to be be determined ), if you want to get on the waiting list early...
