If have done our medicals since feb we have not hard anything from CIC where do we email to ask for information. we have use a lawyer does it matter if i send a email directly to CIC

We have received our 90 days update letter and we hope to send it in sometime next week.
From previous posts i gathered that it takes about 6 weeks to book and do the medical's would it be wise...
