Just got our renewal today nearly died. Used to pay $75 a month home and contents it has gone up to $120 how can they justify that? All our insurances are with RACQ so that includes our loyalty bonus...

Wind can often lift tiles, also if your in a coastal area the salt will eventually corrode the nails holding them on. A more simple reason could be that your tenants have been on the roof for reasons...

They're not when compared to the local average wage. House prices eclipse the 10 X annual salary here in Gympie for most decent places.
