Our SIR visa was granted in January (we only had 110 points). 3 months later my OH occupation went on occupation in demand list so we now have 125 points (enough for 136).

We've just found out that our occupation has gone on the MODL list (it actually went on on 28th March!!!!).

We now have 125 points, enough for 136 visa.

We are on SIR 495 visa and wondered if...

We are in South Australia. Came here mainly for climate and knew there was lots of building work going for my hubby. We were right, he got a job after 6 days. Shame I can't get one!!!
