Thanks for all your replies. There are alot of you going soon.
Hopefully we will be going in March. We are expecting to sign contracts for house sale mid feb. We will then book flights, hopefully for 16th March.

New poster but long-term lurker here...
We've got the movers booked for Feb 13th.
Feb14th -> Heathrow - Dubai
Feb17th -> Dubai - Perth
p.s. Why oh why do Emirates schedule their Perth Flight for 02:30 in the morning ? I had to find a hotel with 24hr checkin/checkout so we weren't left wandering the streets of Dubai all day.
p.p.s. Now the dates are fixed I'm really sweating it ! My wife has her nursing job lined up, but I need to chase a job down ! Anyone know a good recruitment agency for IT [J2EE etc development] in Perth ? :scared:

we fly on the 22nd Feb. We moved out of our rental yesterday and hanging with friends now until we fly. Im a right emotional mess.

Was wondering about prices for flights.
Have seen one for 15 May from Glasgow for £430.00 to Perth
Thats with Taxes,fees and one stop off at Dubai with Emirate
Is that any good

its only a holiday but have i got two excited children especially as we will be visiting relatives who no one has ever visited them . My second cousin has never met a relative and shes 45 so are her children they are just as excited .
