We want to book for June due to an incredible Business class offer from Emirates BUT realistically this would be madness as we really need to sell the house before we can pinpoint a date at all.

If all goes to plan, we shall be exchanging on or around the 6th of February and have booked our flights to Oz for the 29th of March :D

we're flying out malaysia air 19th March, don't care about the house sale, just want to get there before it's straight into their winter! :cool:

Going for a 'look-see' holiday first on 24th March. Are thinking about Gold Coast area, but are visiting relatives along the way first - Sydney, Canberra, Cairns, then fly back from Brisbane on 15th April...... Can't wait!

Are you coming to the Scottish Lassies Day Oot. It's on the 28th January, meeting at the Counting House, Glasgow (St Vincent Street, just round from George Sq.) for a spot of lunch and a natter. I think some are staying for a few drinks after.

Flight booked for 12 February for a holiday/reccie/validation trip. We're visiting Sydney, Townsville and the Gold Coast.

My first visit to Australia and I'm VERY excited!!!! :D :D :D
